You must be 21 or over to purchase and possess Cannabis and CBD in Illinois.
Illinois residents can possess up to 30 grams of flower Cannabis (roughly an once), while non-residents can possess up to 15 grams.
For Cannabis-Infused Products (THC-not Delta), residents can have up to 500mg, and non-residents can have 250mg
And for Cannabis Concentrates, residents can have 5 grams, while no-residents can have 2.5
You can grow up to 5 Cannabis plants in Illinois only if you have a current Cannabis Medical Card.
